I like the pillow , it is firm with support. The design relieves pressure on my ear and aligns my head with my shoulder without having to stick my hands underneath to raise it. It also sleeps cool and comes in a reusable cotton bag . I will buy one for my partner so he doesn’t steal it!

Disappointed ! Return policy very disappointed!

Bought the pillow high hopes that it would work out and it didn’t. I do not like returning things and then I was told that we cannot return. It does not state that anywhere on your website. Thanks for the disappointment.. Spoke to someone on the phone, and they were very cold and Kurt. Thought the hotels business was about Hospitality.
