I was very happy to finally find an electrolyte that did not have any flavorings or any type of sweetener added. I add Hydrant to my soup or hot cereal. Unfortunately, it is too salt forward to add to plain water, tea or coffee and I cannot drink fruit juices.

I love adding this to my usual lemon water. It really helps keep the cramps and charlie horses away.
