I must say that my bag was delayed due to imperfections. Customer service reached out and explained that Mlouye will not send out bags that do not meet their standards. I was compensated for my inconvenience. The bag is beautiful and was worth the wait. I didn’t have it for my trip Greece , nut I have it for my girls trip next month. The bag and how the delay was handled makes me a loyal customer. I am already looking for my next bag.😊
