Quite a solid monitor arm, VESA fitting is unfortunately all plastic but is surprisingly sturdy. Tensioning dial is hard to get to but once set it’s solid.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Product is great - monitor arms - the service is awesome when I had a quick query about adjusting spring tension. The look and feel of products is really really good. They’ve designed it well and have thought of everything from user experience perspective. Love it!
