Working perfectly…..wish I had three! Seriously it’s a great tool for creating GF Sour dough starter!

Made our first gf starter and this works well. The starter is very active and has lifted the lid off a few times. We've had the container in the Goldie container and the fridge (to slow it down some). Both items work well.
