This is a really beautiful dress but it doesn’t run small in my opinion. I’ve always worn a solid 2 in Milly strapless dresses. I’m 5’6”, 32D , 110lbs, slim with athletic build. I ordered a size 4 based on reviews to size up. Big mistake. I returned it for a size 2 and am waiting for the exchange. I agree with another reviewer that the top seems to run large. If the 2 is too big I’ll get it altered a bit and make it work. It’s beautiful enough to keep and worth any small adjustments that might need to be made.

Gorgeous dress

The material and cut of this dress are so beautiful - a classic look that could work for many settings. While other reviews said the dress runs small, I found it true to size and maybe a bit large on top and ended up sizing down from my normal Milly size. It is also rather long which is great for all heights. I’m 5’5” and will have it hemmed.
