I feel the form and fit of the older style like in the picture is so much better than the newer style unit I recieved. However the newer style seems to have better sound quality. If you can merge the best of both worlds it would be incredible. The reason I say this is when I use the new style when taking them out is tough and have a dig them out of my ear almost.

Good overall just they turn off completely when I take it out my ear sometimes
