Fairies Personalised Hairbrush

I can absolutely NOT fault this company in the slightest!!! There aren’t enough words to say how beautiful the brush from here is!! And as for Alexandra and her customer service, it’s beyond anything I could have ever wished for! One of my items went missing and Alexandra was so so thoughtful and sent me out another item in replace of the one missing, she couldn’t have apologised enough (even though it absolutely was not her fault) such a kind hearted person. I will 1000000% use this company again!
