This controller was a breeze to install. No real programming needed

My original Gecko lasted 6 years and I was directed by the spa manufacturer to check out Hot Tub Warehouse. Their prices were excellent and the unit was well packaged, and arrived in under a week. I downloaded the installation info and only one connection was needed. It paired automatically with the In.Touch phone App. One of the easiest projects on my hot tub. Thanks

Great Service! I ordered wrong part.

The service at Hot Tub Warehouse has been great even though I ordered the wrong part. So far, they delivered the part promptly. We’ll see how the refund process goes. Hoping it is just as prompt and thorough. The system is in place so, I think it should be just fine.
