Real Birch Wood Flameless Candle Pillar - Recessed Top - 3.5" Width

Disappointed in the way the birchwood was attached to the wax candle. There is a very evident gap between the edges of the birchwood and a prominent line of the adhesive used. It looks like a homemade craft project and not an expensive candle. Additionally, the birchwood exterior on one of the candles (I purchased two birchwood candles) has so many large completely black areas that it looks like it came from a burnt tree. I understand that some dark areas are natural but the amount of it on one candle in particular, is completely unattractive and does not look like the photos shown on the description page.

Motives Don't Work

The timer for votives don't work - I've submitted a replacement request and have not had a response. Not happy.

I actually returned these Birch Wood candles because I felt they did not look at all like the picture on the website. They looked very "fake", Instead, I purchased the "Real Bark Pillar" ones and I am 100% satisfied.
