Learn to Sew an Easy Top

What a great first project!

I have never sewn a garment before and, to be honest, until last year I haven’t used a sewing machine since I was about twelve (a lot of years ago now!) However, I followed the video and have made a wearable top. The video was amazing, so easy to follow and the instructions were clear and precise. The pattern was also easy to use This is a great beginners package! Buy it and make a top! It is great value for money. I have ordered more material to make it again with different sleeves to consolidate my learning. Big thanks to the Tilly and the Buttons team.

Easy to follow

I am a beginner at sewing and found Tilly and the Buttons. I didn’t want to pay the high prices for sewing classes and Tilly and the Buttons is very reasonable. I found the classes easy to follow and very useful as i could pause and rewind if i needed to. I managed to make my first piece of clothing - the Samara top! Its not perfect but i will keep practicing. I cant wait to try more classes with Tilly and the Buttons :)

This was my first ever project and I loved it from start to finish. I'm hooked thanks to the quality of video and instructions! Thoroughly recommend.
