Excellent support
Before I even bought this kit, I was assisted in troubleshooting my grinder to make sure it was indeed the gearbox that needed replacing. The customer service was outstanding. Will buy all my coffee gear here from now on.

What to say? It is a spare part, it fits well and was not that hard to put in.
