Wow - a great series of recipes!

I may only make some of the recipes in the book, but the recipes are easy to follow and easy to make. I bought some blueberries and plan to make Blueberry Lite Ice Cream. I've been using the pudding based recipes for quite some time, and I know I can modify the recipes in the book to make everything that I prefer. Thanks Lauren!
