Pilates Reformer + 28 Day Challenge

Omg!! Love the way it targets almost every area of my body with just a few exercises. Possibilities are almost ends with how to use this equipment!! Handles on resistance bands are a little harder to do with leg/glut exercises. They are hard and dont stay on foot to well, but i make do fair well!

I was surprised at how easy it was to use this & how much I was sweating while working out!

Was sceptical about the board at first but to be honest its blown all expectations out of the water. Easy to set up and store and the app that you download is easy to navigate, i have 11 days left of the 28 day challenge and enjoying it. The only downside is the £39 a month you have to pay to continue using the app. There are other challenges on the app but for now im undecided if i want to carry on. If you want to get into doing reformer pilates then i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this board.
