Storage case no longer working

The storage case worked great at first and I was enjoying all the extra space on my phone. Unfortunately, after about four months, my phone no longer can access the sd card. I’ve tried restarting my phone. I’ve tried removing and reinserting the sd card. I tried various lengths of holding the one touch to reconnect. None of them worked. I’ve also tried reaching out to vendor support with no response as of yet. It would be great if this issue can be resolved as I would like to continue using this storage case and not have to look for alternatives.

It would be best to add a transparent phone case.

the 'super-gifted' cover works perfectly. Obviously I use it to have a dedicated high-speed SSD for my videos, very convenient for transferring work to the computer at a later time. I would like to suggest an upgrade for the iPhone lenses .... why not also have the (magnetic) possibility of adding ND lenses? ... to be clear, like freewell ... (already in my set ..)
