Did Herc underestimate Fox?

I have seen Herc in matches here before, this is my first viewing of Christian Fox but it won’t be my last. Hercules takes an early lead, but Fox is no jobber. Fox is able to come back for a sustained rally against Herc and sweat begins to pour. In an amazing feat, the powerful Fox lifts Herc up on his shoulders and drapes Herc over turnbuckles for further punishment. Herc eventually rallies but Fox isn’t done either.
