The unboxing experience was disappointing. I ordered 3 planners and they were just thrown in a box together. No bag. Just 3 planners in plastic in a box. Not what I was expecting or had been seeing from unboxing on social media.
Not to mention they don’t hold as much since the snap closure requires room.

What a wonderful experience. Yes there was an issue but it was corrected so quickly. Absolutely would buy again and definitely recommend.
Gorgeous binder. I fell in love with it as soon as I opened the box. So excited to put my planner in it with the new matching pen I bought for it. But before i could do anything i realized the snap didn’t work and the binder wouldnt close. I am hoping to be able to get a replacement but unti then I can only give one star.
