Or initial order of Fractal's "Y" tablelegs arrived quickly but a packaging mishap - compounded by extremely rough handong during shipping - resulted in small scratches and powder coat chips on 3 of the legs. I sent photos and a note to customer servie and withing hours reseived a reply from Brad, which told me a new order would be sent immediately. No questions, no excuses, no blaming the other guy (shipper), whose fault it likely was. We got the new legs in about a week and they were in perfect condition. Thanks for caring about your customers!!! You get an A+++ recommendation from tis one. both for qualigy of work and for service.
