Slip-on with rubber sole - Charcoal

Fitment issue

The only reason for the loss of one star, is that I don't love the fit. After I ordered a pair of 13's, I had to return them and order 14's because they weren't long enough. Then once I received the 14's, I find my heel still rubs the back of the slipper/shoe. I've never needed to go bigger than a 13 in my life, so the fact that the length still isn't right just seems a little odd to me. Otherwise, I really like them!

The felting on one footbed is uneven and ferls uncomfortable. Already worn thinking it would be ok but its not. Should I return them?

The comfiest slipper! I wasnt a huge slipper girl until I got a pair of these - now I wear them everyday! Bonus that customer service was amazing as well!
