This is a lower quality bench for sure. Its not very sturdy and when locked into different positions it still moves slightly. The incline ability never seems like it can actually handle the weight as intended. For this reason I am always double checking that its locked into place. Pro is that it does fold and is fairly light. I have 2 other benches from Fitness Avenue that I love, that are much better quality. Definitely not for a seasoned fitness enthusiast or professional.
