I haven’t opened my latest order of Clear Jel Cook Type. I have been using this product for many years. There has only been one instance where this product didn’t thicken. Hooser Farms responded immediately and I was very appreciative. I am well into my “ golden years “ and still enjoy canning pie fillings for holiday gift giving and have some neighbors over, on Pi Day. Clear Jell + wild Maine blueberries = the best pie, ever.
