Cape Rooibos & Honeybush

I can no longer drink black teas due to chronic acid reflux, so have been drinking rooibos as it is the closest thing I could find to it and was recommended by my nutritionist as it is caffeine free and full of goodness. However, sometimes rooibos can taste a little bit harsh on its own so I was delighted to discover this one combined with honeybush. With a splash of milk it tastes delicious and I have the added bonus of it being very healthy. The rooibos with Earl grey is lovely too. Dragonfly teas are one of the best teas out there.

My go to tea. It’s delicious. Caffeine free and full of goodness. My nutritionist recommended it too.
