Overall lovely dress but missing hidden loops

Overall its a lovely dress, very well made and material is great, however, not entirely as described as the hidden loops are missing from the inside of the dress which is needed to help fasten the dress in other ways as shown on the video, so I know it's minor, but for the price I paid, I am really upset, I would need to take it to have them added on.

Fit was off even with tailor measurements but great turnaround on delivery
