Customer service beyond what is common or expected. Upon ordering, I identified that Zero’s neck was 12” yet the customer-embroidered small Tacti-slim collar is 15” - 19”. A pleasant woman (sorry, forget your name) called me to make sure I understood the delta between sizing and actual measurement and it may present fitment issues. I already understood this (the collar was for the ‘future Zero’), yet I was impressed that they took the time to confirm my understanding before irreversibly embroidering the unit. The overall appearance and quality of the collar is exceptional. It is heavy, robust, and the grip handle will provide utility in her IGP training. I love the heavy-duty clasp and its ease of use (albeit it is quite heavy). I cannot confirm where the products are manufactured (note to Alpine: make an “About Us” link on your site), but the company is Canadian and judging by the speed of delivery post-embroidery, I’m confident that work is done in their Beamsville location. Overall, 5/5. I’ll be a return customer when she outgrows this one.
