Good as Gold(enbrew) :)

Absolutely loved the Golden Hour blend sent to me! I tend to favor medium/lighter roasts and this one certainly didn't disappoint. I grind my beans a little finer for this blend (around 16-17 on my Baratza Encore grinder), and used my trusty ol' Chemex. Great flavor, super fresh, overall just plain awesome! Looking forward to receiving my next bag because I'm going through this one quickly.
