Dress arrived with a broken zipper

The dress was accurate by size but the zipper was broken from before I even tried it on. It would barely zip when not on a person then add the lack of give to the top of the dress and it was impossible to zip because the teeth of the zipper had to be threaded through the zipper extremely carefully. The zipper eventually had to be replaced snd the bonus of the dress being not as expensive was pointless because of alterations needed.
