Helps with sleep...lots of water at bed tho

This supplement really helps. I got the melatonin free supp because I'm sensitive to melatonin. This helps me fall asleep fast. Only issue I have is, a full glass of water for this is a lot of water for me. I end up waking up in the middle of the night wish it had a smaller scoop serving like the energy supps. Will continue to play around with this supp for sleep.

Genuinely the best AFK flavor so far. Tastes like kool-aid. Black cherry kool-aid to be specific.

i like pop rocks, also i get very tired around 30m after drinking this, so whether it's placebo or genuine, it's working for me
