Blouson Sleeve Ruched Mini Dress

This is a nice dress, I would say the fit runs a tiny bit big, The message lightweight but the materials seem a little bit on the cheaper side. The color is a bit of a dusky blue not a pretty like clear sky blue which I thought it was which could just be my monitor. The cut is a little strange where the sleeves attach to the dress. So overall I gave it a three not because it's anything bad about it just kind of an average reading not unhappy with it it's just not as nice as I thought it would be.
