Carrot Cake Mini Waffles (5 Bags)

This is my favorite flavor of Evergreen mini waffle! It is just sweet enough that I don’t need syrup or butter or even fruit to give them enjoyable flavor. My only negative is that consumers must purchase five bags of each flavor you want. Evergreen doesn’t offer smaller orders. So I have 11 bags in my fridge, because they generously included a free bag of a new flavor- gingerbread. I haven’t tried that flavor yet. If you have the freezer space and are diligent at eating them before their sell by date. That will take conscious effort. I do love this flavor, though. Not a hint of vegetable flavor anywhere, which is my favorite way to eat some vegetables- like carrots. Hopefully your local grocer will carry these, as mine did last summer.
