Dress proportions for young girls

The dress is a great style but I wish the fit was more realistic to the shape of younger bodies. Few young girls have an hourglass shape; the waist sizes were so small that going up in size leaves the bust too big (luckily this style hides it so I did not have to pay for additional alterations). 8 year old: Bust - 26. 5" Waist - 24" Hips - 25. 5" Length (from shoulder)- 45"
