Love it Good quality my grandson is going to love it and it is quality made something to keep forever

I do love the carousel, however it arrived partially damaged. There’s a huge scratch in the wood that clearly happened in production. I wrote the company regarding it and was told “this just happens with natural wood”. I understand with real wood there will be “defects” but there shouldn’t be large gashes. Had planned to purchase one each year as a tradition but now looking for a company with better customer service.
