Can Taste the difference

I honestly did not think I would be able to taste a significant difference going from our Braun drip coffeemaker but following the brew guidelines and making it up in the morning really has made a nice cup of coffee that both my wife and I have enjoyed. HOWEVER, I really think that for the money the basket and the carafe could be could be a bit more substantial even if still plastic parts. Handle on carafe feels too light weight as does basket for grounds. This is a premium product and should feel like it. If those were improved I would have zero complaints..

Loving our new refurbished KBGV brewer

After reading quite a few reviews, and considering a number of different brewing options, I settled on an off white KBGV. The refurbished unit arrived well packed and looks just like a brand new machine. I brew at least one pot every morning and share it with my spouse. This brewer is replacing a Krups with a thermal carafe which has served us well for over 12 years. We’ve been using the Moccamaster for about 10 days and enjoy every cup. The coffee seems richer or more full bodied and the temperature is just right. To me, it’s every bit as good as our local coffee shop. We’re really enjoying our new Moccamaster and feel it was the right choice and a great purchase.

Good coffee but cheap flimsy plastic and feel

Coffe tastes fine, good even… but machine feels cheap, flimsy plastic, no real confidence in longevity and for the price, doesn’t feel like a good purchase.
