I do find it really nice in taste, but l haven't been able to master my sleepy time yet. I will keep trying. I'm not giving up yet. Does anyone put the bottle in the refrigerator after opening? Mine is sitting in my pantry.

Really happy with this company. I frequently get their pure tart cherry juice and it's excellent. For quality, taste, purity and even a suitable dark glass bottle instead of plastic, you can't beat Mt Wilder.

Dream Aid

We often have shots of this before bed as we sometimes sleep sounder and dream more. And it tastes good. I think it really cleans your palette after a meal too. Just drop some into sparkling water or have a shot.
