Defective item

I was so excited to received the bag but when I received the package, it was packed poorly for shipping and so the box was all broken. Then I emailed that the bag was defective and I want to returned it. I emailed pictures and video that the removal pouch was defective & haven’t heard any how to proceed on how return this item. Very frustrating and disappointing. Thinking that for the price they are charging us that they will pack the bag nicely and if it’s defective that it will not passed for the quality control.

Wrong colour and defect in the snap closure inside with the little pocket

I was very pleased with the packaging. The bag is nice, except that the order was wrong. I ordered the light colour I received the darker one. I also ordered with the new attach the new virgin and there’s a defect. The snap closure inside with a little pouch doesn’t snap, so I guess I am very disappointed because I send a message in the picture but they say that the order was the colour I have and you guys have not answered me back about the defect. Just dimension of send it back to you so I am disappointed.
