This is a new item, however box arrived soggy, iced up with melted ice around and the actual new swizzle pops had freezer burns and fuzzy ice all over rthe pops. They were not presentable and definitely not edible.
Just a note! This is NOT the first time I ordered from creamy confections and ices arrived freezer burnt, not fresh and un presentable and couldn't serve it to my guest for Y"t.
