Having spent over 22 years in the military in both the Army and RAF and now in the Army cadets as an instructor, it probably one of the best bits of kit I have come across. The quality and fit are as described, under hot conditions it keeps the body at a good operating temperature. Overall a great addition to my kit. Brought 2 now
