Great everyday charcuterie. The spice profile is perfect and the moistness of the meat makes it almost unrecognizable as a chorizo. We are addicted to this and order it regularly.

You can see the quality
Before you even open up the package, the quality of the meat shines (literally) through the bag. I was so excited to put my meat to work and the charcuterie breakfast sandwich I made with the chorizo elevated the dish like no other. Everyone was blown away. Whatever you use this for, the flavor and texture are unmatched.
