So far so good.

Using this to pull audio and broadcast it over sound system at local sports bar. Works as designed and no negative issues so far

Works as Intended

It's sturdy, easy to install, low profile, and works as you'd expect. I have not used the 4k feature, so I can't speak for it, but I'd bet it works as well as everything else. I would buy this again.

Very poor customer service

While the product itself if very good and I’d certainly purchase it again, my experience with customer service is really lacking. I watched the on-line video two or three times, but still had a couple questions I wished to have answers for. The phone number given only takes messages and one is totally unable to speak with a person unless called back. Multiply messages were sent and returned giving time windows to call. One call was missed for some unknown reason another came at a time not scheduled so I was unable to answer. No attempt has been made since to call me even though I asked to be called in a particular time frame (several hour time span). I believe just a little more effort would help a great deal in being available to actually answer the phones rather than an answering machine taking a message and then trying to call back at their convenience.
