Magnesium Oil

This is the first time I tried magnesium oil. I did know what to expect . I did think I would notice a difference using it on my knees. I used it for about a week and didn’t notice anything. However I was surprise to find out that it stings if it comes in contact with a skin irritation or cut. I will try it again this time for longer and see what happens.

I’ve enjoyed this product… if there would be a complaint… It’s a little on the oily side… I know it’s an oil spray ..it leaves a bit of a oily residue… that hangs around… Doesn’t quite absorb …Not complaining

I am on my second bottle of this product! I spray it on my feet every night before bedtime as part of my routine. I really believe it is helping me to have more restful sleep 😴.
