I tried the shampoo and conditioner bars for dry hair because my hair had become very dry and damaged. From the very first use, I noticed a huge difference—my hair felt completely transformed! It was softer, healthier, and much more manageable. Honestly, my hair is not the same anymore in the best possible way. After using the products, I reached out through Instagram with a question about continuing my hair care routine. Not only did they take the time to personally respond and follow up with me, but they also went above and beyond by sending me another shampoo bar to try—completely free, including shipping—so I could see which one worked best for my hair. Their products helped restore and revive my hair, but their customer service is what truly left a lasting impression on me.
