90% American Silver Franklin Half Dollars - $1 Face Value

I received 80 Washington quarters and all, but one, were in very good shape! The one quarter was so dirty you could not see if it was a quarter! I cleaned it with a special solvent to see the face, back and year. NOTE: I would not have done this to 999 silver!
