I am incredibly pleased with this purchase! I have been missing an earbud for some time, nervous to spend the money on something I may have further issues and frustrations with. This product has given me zero issues or frustration. I ordered the well-loved, as cosmetic problems don’t bother me too much for a replacement. The replacement I received looks great! You’d actually never know it was used. It’s clean, clear audio, and paired without a problem. The instructions were easy to follow and shipping delivered as expected. Everything works together as it should. I would absolutely recommend this product to others and use again if needed (hopefully not). It is so nice to have both earbuds again!

WOW! I replaced my Air Pods a few years ago when I lost one of them. I was delighted to find an affordable replacement, but I was worried it wouldn't pair/work. I ordered a left replacement and it arrived clean and as described. I followed the directions on the bag and I had it paired in less than an hour. 10/10
