Vitamin Sea Serum

Pump broke after one use. I have to shake the product out by banging the bottle on my hand after taking out the pump AND this is the first bottle of a subscription. Instead of sending me a new one right away with a return label for the non-functioning product there are emails to send, pictures to send (which show nothing the company can’t view with my order info). The code on the bottom of the bottle is not legible. Never thought to take a pic before I used it. Great serum but not good customer service.
