I’m using it to wrap dual handles on a speciality bicep/tricep bar and it crushes any other tape product I’ve used. Hand grip is solid throughout the exercise with zero slippage no matter how sweaty. Lizard Skin grips are the best!

Fell apart

The tape backing pulled most of the adhesive from the actual tape. So it sticks in parts but not in others, and I had to tape the top with electrical tape because it wouldn’t stay.
