Worth it
Honestly, I think it’s worth it. I’m afraid to stop and see what happens to my skin. lol
I’ve been taking this for a few years now and I have seen some differences in my skin.
Keep in mind, I do eat healthy, good skin care routine and use red light mask.
It is part of my skin care routine.

Seeing good use of this product when i rememebr to take it befpre bed. Still think i have to wait more then 3 months that ive been taking it but i can see it working bit by bit. I got the vanilla coating flavor and it makes taking it enjoyabe and smells nice.
