Worth it!
Second use / pregnancy. I notice taking it earlier in the day is best for sleep quality. I tend to take 1 at a time because my 1st trimester nausea.

Recommend for pre and postnatal
This has been a great supplement to both my prenatal vitamin before having a baby and my postnatal vitamin after. I was not getting quite enough choline in my regular diet, so I was glad to have this option through Ritual.

Natal choline review
This brand and choline was recommended to me by my OB GYN. I have heard a lot about pregnancy brain but I have not experienced this yet and perhaps choline is to be considered. I like the recycle ability of the container as well. Not observed any adverse symptoms for my gut either.
