These I have a feeling are going to be amazing I do not get an upset stomach and I feel perfectly fine on them. Most vitamins make me feel icky

Amazing Vitamin
I have never consistently taken a daily vitamin since I was pregnant. I tried to take supplements / specific vitamins (like vitamin D) and they all upset my stomach. I found Ritual vitamins on the internet a few years ago. I mentioned to my daughter who said she took their pre-natal vitamins. I ordered them and thus Ritual daily for women over 50 has been part of my daily routine for many years. As a side note, I had to take the actual bottle listing the vitamin contents to my doctor and they were very impressed. I highly recommend.
