This is the second time Ive bough the cat grass growing system. I got two this time so one can be fully grown and the other is on the way. Consistency is the key with my cats. So easy to use and they look great too. Thank you

As enticing and clean that this looks as a way of growing cat grass for our cats, it is not a good product at all. The advertising is deceiving showing cats eating directly from the pot however both my cats when trying to eat it, end up pulling the entire grass out with the root and the soil, eating soil they shouldn't be. They have also continuously knocked the whole thing over because it's so hard to get their grass. I've had cat grass in regular pots and not had any issues. When I reached out to customer service, they gaslit my cats as being the issue and that no one else had this problem. And that it is their recommendation for me to cut the grass and put it on a plate to feed them. My cats are not interested in it and don't understand what it is if it's cut - that's not their instinctual way of eating it. And the website doesn't state that or show that that is the recommended way. Not all cats just chew, they also pull at the same time and if a product is designed it should be with this in mind and with all kinds of cats in mind. The pot is so small and flimsy that when they pull it just all comes out. Wasted our money. Caused so much stress, cleaning up all the time over tipped over pots.

Was easy to setup and it took about 6-7 days for the grass to grow - my cat absolutely wrecked it as soon as she got her paws into it so I'll take that as a good sign! 😅
