Great Product
After receiving a Clutch box with nothing in it except the power cord, I reached out to Customer Service and they got another one right in the mail to me. I received it in a couple of days, plugged it in and charged it and attached it to my phone. It works great and I am very happy with it.

A bit bulky and HOT!
I have just recently started using my new clutch portable battery charger for my iPhone. A couple things disappointed me immediately. The clutch is rather heavy and slide slides around a little bit on the back of the phone. In addition, it gets very hot while charging my iPhone. That was something I didn’t expect to happen. All in all I guess it’s an OK purchase. I have always wanted to have something that I could carry with me while traveling in case my phone needed a battery boost. So this fits what I was looking for. There are just a couple features and characteristics I’m not really fond of.

I like how quickly it charges my phone. I didn't realize I'd need to recharge the Clutch after each phone recharge. Also, the magnet on the back of my phone now interferes with my wireless charging pad. That said, I'm glad I have because I will be traveling around Europe soon and don't want a dead phone.
