Robot Cleaner desperation!

When I called Dustin, he knew exactly the situation I was in; once I installed the new motor, I received a second error message! I also needed a new cable and he had it sent out the same day. I received it the next day, installed it and started cleaning! I really appreciate the knowledge and the responsiveness. Great service and always the best value!
